Rates & Reservations

  • Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rates are lowest midweek and higher on weekends and during special events.
  • There are no refunds for early departure.
  • Minimum stays apply at peak times, weekends and holidays.
  • Any remaining balance is due upon arrival.
  • NH has a 9% tax on meals & lodging.
  • No charge for up to two additional children under 10 except during special events/holidays.
  • A $10.00 fee applies to each additional adult or more than two children. Fee is higher 
    during special events and holidays.
  • No pets allowed.

Online Reservations

  • The first night of your stay will be charged as your deposit.
  • Deposit for standard room is non-refundable unless 7 days notice is given.
  • Deposit for jacuzzi room is non-refundable unless 14 days notice is given.
  • All cancellations will be charged a $20 processing fee, regardless of notification time or reason.
  • The cancel-by date is stated during the reserving process.
  • Online reservations are limited to 7 nights, please call for longer stays.
  • Reservations made through the system are not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email.

Max occupancy:

  • Jacuzzi Rooms, 2 people.
  • King Rooms, 2 people.
  • Double Rooms, 4 people.
  • Triple Rooms, 5 people. 

Pool & Jacuzzi

  • No glass containers or hard plastic toys allowed in pool area. (Our pool has a plastic liner.)  
  • Floatation devices are permitted.
  • Children under 16 require parental supervision.
  • Persons wishing to use the Jacuzzi must wear a bathing suit, regular clothes are not allowed.
    The hot water and chlorine will aggressively pull dyes out of clothing that cannot be filtered out.
  • The jacuzzi is for adults to unwind in, not for rambunctious young children to splash around and scream in. This is why we located it far away from the pool area. 
  • Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 10:00am to 9:00pm, or dark.

General Stuff

  • Maid Service:  Maid service is provided up until 1:00pm. Please use the maid sign to ensure
    that your room is cleaned while you are out.
  • Pets:  Absolutely no pets are allowed on the premises. Guests found with pets will be asked
    to leave and no refunds will be given.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm 8:30am.  Gatherings on the deck in front of the
    rooms must cease and visitors must leave.
  • Visitors: Visitors are welcome to swing by and say hello, but we ask that they do not stay
    for more than an hour or two. All facilities are for registered guests only. If you have a guest who
    wishes to stay overnight, they must come to the office, register, and pay a small fee.

What are your check in and check out times?
Check in is after 2:00pm for a standard room and after 3:00pm for a Jacuzzi room. Check out is by 11:00am unless you have one of our special packages or are a member of our loyalty program.

We can give you a printout of nearby good places and directions to them at check in.

What can my kids do at the motel?
They can splash around in the pool or quietly soak in the Jacuzzi, toss the horseshoes, play ping pong, or throw our Frisbees and balls.

Are you handicap accessible?
To an extent, yes. We have one room which has been modified to accommodate some disabled persons. You really need to call us to determine if our facilities are suitable for your special needs.

Do you offer winter rentals?
No. Winter is when we do most of our interior maintenance work, so we can not have rooms occupied for extended periods of time.

Can we get a cot for our room?
We no longer offer cots.  We have found that they typically end up putting dents in our walls, and they of course aren't the most comfortable thing to sleep on.  Ask for a room with an extra twin bed.

Due to the busy season being so short, we can not offer any reduced rates.
