We are located right on
route 3 just 1/2 mile south of Weirs Beach. Be sure to
print out this page and take it with you when you come! If on
your way up, you get lost, just give us a call. If you are
going to be coming in later than 10:00pm, call us so that we
will keep the office open, because we don't usually stay up all
night.
From Interstate 93
The most common route is
to take exit 20 which is also the most confusing. Due to new
development, new traffic signals and way too many distractions
we no longer recommend that exit. Even with our previously
published half page of detailed directions we have been getting
more and more of those "help I am lost" phone calls.
The best directions are those below. The ride is longer by a few
miles, but you will not get lost.
Take I-93 north to exit
23. Bear right (east) onto route 104. You will be
heading east to Meredith and Lake Winnipesaukee. Follow
route 104 until it ends after eight miles at a set of traffic
lights, a McDonalds will be at the end up on a hill. Turn
right at the lights on to route 3 south. Proceed about
five miles until you go over the Weirs Bridge, then bear right,
staying on route 3. Go 1/2 mile and we will be on the left
side of the road up on the hill.

Skiers
If you take exit twenty,
do not turn off on to route eleven-A when you see the Gunstock
signs. Continue north on route three about six more
miles. Route three will eventually join together
with route eleven and make for a very confusing mile. Just
keep an eye out and follow the signs for Weirs Beach.
From Gunstock
As you leave Gunstock bear
left onto 11A. Travel approximately 2 miles then bear
right onto 11B. At the first set of lights at the
intersections of 11A and 11B, continue straight heading to Weirs
Beach. It will be three miles till the intersection with
Route 3. The Alpenrose Plaza will be on the right.
Bear left 1/2 mile to Bay Top Motel. We will be on the
left side of the road.
