We are situated one half mile from Weirs Beach in Laconia, NH.  Our central location puts the attractions of the  lakes region, Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding mountains at your fingertips.  We are set back from the road on a small, beautifully landscaped hill which offers guests mountain and lake views. Our clean, comfortable, and well featured rooms along with our friendly service has been keeping guests coming back for over 27 years.

Directions From I-93:  We're on route 3 just 1/2 mile south of Weirs Beach. Take I-93 north to exit 23.  Bear right (east) onto route 104 towards Meredith and Lake Winnipesaukee.  Follow until it ends after eight miles at a set of traffic lights, a McDonalds will be at  the end up on a hill.  Turn right at the lights on to route 3 south.  Proceed straight through the little roundabout and continue about 5 miles until you go over the Weirs Bridge, turn right at the roundabout, staying on route 3.  Go 1/2 mile and we will be on the left.
