- Cancellations: All cancellations incur a $20 fee. Balance of deposit is refundable provided 14 days notice is given.
- Deposit: A deposit equal to the first nights charge will be collected at time of booking.
- Rates are based on two people. A $10.00 fee applies to extra adults, or more than two children. The fee is $25 during bike week.
- Any remaining balance is due at check in.
- Each guest is entitled to one parking space, extra spaces available first come, first serve.
- No refunds for early departure.
- Minimum stays apply at peak times, weekends and holidays.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability and charges may apply.
- NH has a 9% tax on meals & lodging.
